Farmer Gloria Mercedes Rodriguez Fontan inherited the 100% bourbon coffee farm from her father, and is proud to continue the legacy of producing fine coffee. Gloria runs her coffee farm with great care, upholding cultural traditions as well as sustainable environmental practices. She rewards her workers for excellent harvest, supervising closely to see that only ripe cherries are harvested to produce an exquisite coffee.
