SHADE GROWN. Earthy and spicy with bright acidity and a deep, full body resembling maple syrup.

While this coffee has all the characteristic traits of Indonesian coffees, its bright acidity differentiates it. It is slightly tangy, earthy, and spicy with a full body and smooth finish. This coffee has a deep, full body resembling maple syrup. Darker roasting brings out a pleasant bitter sweetness of the bean.
