Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. Sidamo excites with its characteristically Ethiopian high citrus notes, a sensual wisp of flowers yet a balanced taste. Sidamo coffee has fine acidity and a full round body. Darker roasting adds a bittersweet spiciness. Excellent as a continental cup or brewed as espresso.
