Central American Coffees
Central American coffees, such as those from Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua, have light to medium bodies, with mild aromas and crisp, bright flavors that make them an excellent breakfast choice.
South American Coffees
Brazilian and Colombian coffees, both very well known in the industry, are famous for their rich and smooth tastes.

The new arrival is packed with a chocolate start. Having a smooth, rich body, followed by a buttery finish.

Rare and hand sorted, La Minita Estate Coffee is grown, carefully tended and processed at La Minita Estate in the Tarrazu district of Costa Rica. Only ripe coffee cherries are picked and sorted by hand until the most perfect coffee remains.

Carefully hand harvested on a historic farm in Jayuya, this coffee is velvety smooth and rich with a semi-sweet aroma and flavors of caramel. It finishes with a delicate chocolate aftertaste.

El Porvenir won the Cup of Excellence in 2008 for its delicate aroma, bright, lively acidity, and clean floral taste. Its cup profile includes elegant hints of bergamot and raspberry, with an overall light and crisp body.

Colombian coffee is a remarkably smooth, full body coffee with a sweet aroma and a sweet and creamy finish. It’s medium acidity (brightness), are highlighted by fruit (apricot) tones in what constitutes a complex and delicious Colombian cup of coffee.
Darker roasting adds a bittersweet spiciness

Full body, medium intensity, creamy and smooth, w/ vanilla and fruit undertones.

Smooth medium body, sweet and earthy, chocolaty, clean, well-balanced finish.

This is a very balanced, clean cup, mild milk chocolate notes, and a modicum of brightness and carries a suggestion of citrus brightness in the finish. Awesome cup for those summer mornings.
